„For me Yoga is arriving into the moment, breathing, letting go and being free“

I started yoga as I was searching for a way to bring balance into my stressful everyday life and work, which was dominated by inner restlessness.  I noticed very quickly that yoga is much more than physical exercise. With curiosity I went deeper into the tradition and philosophy. Yoga became a passionate part of my life without which I cannot imagine my life anymore. Yoga helped me through my darkest times and hardest crises by reconnecting me to my inner self and my inner strength, and by learning to be conscious of every single moment and open myself with full gratitude to every new day.

My own practice, which consists of physical exercise, meditation, reading, connecting to nature, walking, dancing and singing, as well as community (sanga) and so much more, brings me a feeling of home, no matter where I am or in which emotional mood I am. All of these experiences and feelings I want to share with you.

At Germany’s biggest yoga festival (Bhakti Yoga Summer) I first met my teachers Liliana Laxmi and Sathya Prem, whith whom I later completed my Hatha-Yoga teacher training. With them I learned about the way of Bhakti Yoga, which combines asanas with mantras and music, and connects you with your spiritual source as well as with devotional love.

I attended further workshops with Patrik Broome, David Lurey, Anika Isterling and Mark Whitwell. In Goa (India) I completed a „self-care training for women“ by Emily Kuser. Deeply inspired by this experience I studied more about femininity and how we as women come back to our feminine power, our softness and our strength.

In India I also met my teacher Surinder Singh, who inspires me again and again and who I visit every year. The influence of India touched my soul deeply and broadened my horizon in many directions.

In Yin Yoga I found the perfect complement to my previous practice. I completed Yin Yoga teacher trainings with Stefanie Arend and Tanja Seehofer. For me this mediative and gentle style of yoga is a revelation that helped me to expand and deepen my own practice as well as my understanding of body and mind.

With a university degree as a fashion designer I gained long term experience in the fashion industry, where I learned a lot. I want to connect my passion for fashion with my vision of a sustainable lifestyle and my spiritual yoga path.

As I want to dedicate myself more to my projects of heart, I choose the way of self-employment and I will start a new journey in my life, full of new inspiration, impressions and experiences.

Feel the love and devotion through bhakti yoga and meditation
